Gerundino Fernandez is considered to have been one of the world's greatest flamenco guitar makers. Born in Almeria in 1931, he began making guitars in 1958, and opened his workshop in 1960, where he continued building until his death in 2006. Among the flamenco guitarists using his instruments are Paco Peña, Paco de Lucia, and Tomatito. This 1970 Gerundino is a players or collectors dream-- no cracks, no issues, no repairs needed. The French polish shows normal signs of wear, and a few scratches, but nothing major.
