Eduardo Duran Ferrer is a forth generation Luthier in Granada. Born in 1965, he was trained by his father, Antonio Duran, and by his grandfather Eduardo Ferrer. This guitar is made from the family's stock of wonderfully aged spruce with exceptional clarity of tone. This guitar has everything that a professional player demands in a fine flamenco guitar: power, responsiveness, a great rasp, depth of tone, singing trebles, profound basses, and playability.  In the photos of the rosette, what appears to be the tap plate pealing up is actually a protective temporary covering that Eduardo put over the tap plate to protect it from being scratched by any flamenco players who may the guitar.
