Forms of Payment                            

We accept cashiers checks, Visa and Mastercard, and PayPal. We also take personal checks, but must hold shipment until the check has cleared. Orders may be place by phone or fax. Funds may also be sent  to us as bank wire transfers.

Arizona residents add 7.6% sales tax.

PayPal is a secure online payment service that allows people and businesses to send and receive money by e-mail from bank accounts or credit cards.

Buyers outside the USA

Visa/Mastercard orders may be place by phone or fax.

World Wide Service

We provide world wide service either from our inventory or directly to you from Spain. Shipping from Spain saves you additional shipping costs and import duties. Guitars shipped from Spain, however, cannot be returned. 

Prices we list on guitar makers' pages are prior to export from Spain. These prices do not include shipping costs or applicable import duties in other countries (see shipping page).

Special Orders

To order guitars not found in our inventory, simply let us know the maker and model, and give us your name, address, phone, and or fax number, e-mail.

We will check with the maker to determine availability or to be expected. If we need to import this instrument, we will quote you a firm price in our purchase agreement 

Information

Purchase Policy: Guitars in our inventory shipped pre-paid on 48 hr. approval, 30 day exchange. 

Normally, all shipping costs and insurance are paid by the buyer. Special orders cannot be returned.
