David Rubio (1934- 2000), had a long and close relationship with Julian
Bream. Their now famous collaboration led Rubio to produce exceptional concert
guitars. His guitars are played not only Bream but also by a number of well
known recording artists: This wonderful handcrafted concert guitar is signed by David and
dated 1972.
This concert classical guitar is in excellent condition, showing
only some nail marks, which are nearly invisible, and which
could be easily polished out. Neck is straight, the action is set at 3.5mm at
the 12th fret, 6th string.
