If I were trying to pick one guitar with a quintessentially Spanish tone, it would be a Miguel Rodriguez. This guitar is a monster--volume to fill the largest concert hall, and an intensely bold Spanish voice. It is simply wonderful to play. This handmade concert classical guitar was built by Miguel Rodriguez, Jr. (1921-1998). It was formerly owned by Angel Romero who used it to record Claude Bolling laserdisc. It is in excellent condition, but does have one repaired crack that while well-done could be made less noticeable without great expense.
