This classical guitar was built by Juan M. Alvarez, the son of Juan Alvarez (1932-2001) who was one of Madrid best luthiers and a great gentleman. The label is signed and dated. This is a concert classical guitar. While there are a few minor scratches and checking of the finish, the only minor issue is a hairline crack on the bass side tongue of the bridge which does not appear to be affect the sound. The setup is good: 4mm on the bass side, slightly lower on the treble 3mm.
