Philip Woodfield Moore is a luthier in East Sussex, England has been making guitars since about 1986, and has built over 350 guitars to date. Over time he has developed an ever growing appreciation among players and concert artists around the world. Concert artists who play a Woodfield includes Scott Tennant (LA Guitar Quartet), Giulio Tampalini in Italy, Raymond Burley in England as well as Arne Brattland, Jonathan Salfield, Clive Carron, and members of the Duo Gvito, Pro Trio, and arctic Guitar Trio. This guitar has been well-cared for over the years. There are no cracks, no repairs, the neck is straight. The action is very comfortable-- and there is plenty of bone in the saddle, showing above the bridge to allow the action to be set even lower than it is presently. There some minor light scratches from playing on the treble side of the rosette and fingerboard. If you were to order one new this model would cost £4200 pounds, not including shipping or duties.
