This is a Kenny Hill Company Hauser '37 model - concert classical guitar. This guitar was built using designs made by Richard Brune's close study of the 1937 Hermann Hauser 1 guittar that was originally built for Andres Segovia that resides in New York's Metropolitan Museum. It follows faithfully the documented specifications of the original both in materials and construction techniques, right down to the characteristic triangluar Hauser used to attached the head to the neck. This guitar's sophistication, subtlety and quality of sound is exceptional. The guitar is in excellent condition. The guitar has recently had its french polish refreshed, and so other than a string burn under the high e string the finish is perfect. The guitar comes with a hardcase and two extra saddles.
