This 1972 Jose Ramirez III 1a concert classical guitar is from the heyday of Ramirez when Andres Segovia was playing a Ramirez. The Ramirez master craftsman who built particular instrument wasJosé López Cubillo, who stamp number 12 is found inside the guitar. The guitar is a master piece of the luthier's art, impeciably made of the finest woods.  Overall the guitar is in excellent condition. No cracks, and aside from battle scars (some scratches, string burns, and dings) on the top, it has only had one minor repair. One of the latches of the case took a little chip off the top (lower bout). This was professionally repaired by a luthier, and is stable and doesn’t need any attention. The saddle that’s on right now, the owner had made to raise the action a little bit because his personal preferences, however the original saddle will also be provided.
