Purchase policy
48 Hour Approval
We offer free shipping via FEDEX of any guitar in our inventory anywhere in the US on 48 hour approval. Normally, return shipping costs and insurance are paid by the buyer. Returned guitars are the responsibility of the buyer until received and inspected by Zavaleta's La Casa de Guitarras.
30 Day Exchange
Within 30 days from date of purchase, Zavaleta's La Casa de Guitarras will exchange any guitar bought from our inventory of guitars for any other classical or flamenco guitar that we own of equal or greater value providing the instrument is returned in its original condition.
